Hi my name is Henry Spies Co-founder of Marsh Creek Cattle & Company. My brother Austin and I own and operate a pasture-raised livestock operation located on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore in Preston, MD. We have goal in mind.. We want to make pasture-raised agriculture the GOLD STANDARD for producing animal proteins. We believe in building a farm that mimics nature through diversity, animal migrations, and minimal outside inputs. The only measure of success we use is our ability to build soil because healthy soils make healthier foods.
