Imported from the Kalamata region of Greece & Bottled in Easton, MD. This is PURE, single source, olive oil. You can tell by it's thick consistency and its ability to gel, if refrigerated. (We do not recommend refrigeration for this product but it is a great test for any olive oil)
Pairs beautifully with our Rose' Balsamic or our Raspberry Infused Balsamic!
The olives are immediately cold pressed and mixed to preserve their earthy, spicy and bold flavor. The oil is a golden color with a buttery and creamy texture.
