Extra virgin first cold pressed oil extracted from hand-picked Koroneike Olives (a green olive). We blend a couple of varieties of olive oil from Crete to obtain this unique texture and flavor of oil.
Distinguished by its rich, robust, and slightly fruity and peppery flavor it pairs well with salads, roasted vegetables, fish, poultry and meats.
This particular oil has a delicate taste which makes it suitable for baking as well.
